On booking a 25% deposit is required to book. The balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival, linen and a bath towel per person is included.
Longer stays of over 2 weeks will require a higher deposit to take off sale dependent on length of stay 2 night bookings are possible at certain times of year starting at £260 for 2 nights plus cleaning fee. 3 nights are available and start at £350. Plus cleaning fee. Please request in your email.
A refundable good housekeeping £150 deposit is requested pre arrival which is refunded following departure check.
Sorry but no pets.
Oct - Apr a contribution to heating of £7 per night is requested while the energy costs are high
For long winter lets between October and March please ignore the high Xmas rates as a special discounted rate is available. Email the owner for a quote - dianefwray@hotmail.co.uk
The departure cleaning charge for short lets of up to one week is £75 as whole cottage has to be cleaned even if stay is short .
FYI. This cottage is available on Airbnb and VRBO so please let me know if you would like to book via one of these websites and I will give you the link. The cost will be more as they charge a large booking fee for taking the booking!
